Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Varanasi Trip USA, we maintain full transparency in our financial agreements. Because we reserve high-demand luxury heritage hotels, private vehicles, and licensed escorts in advance, our booking and cancellation policies are structured as follows:

1. Currency & Payment Schedules

All quotations for international travelers are issued in United States Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise requested in GBP (£) or EUR (€).
Deposit: A 30% advance deposit is required upon itinerary confirmation to secure hotel room blocks and transport fleet allocations.
Balance: The remaining 70% balance is payable 21 days prior to your arrival date in India, or per specific terms agreed during peak festival windows (Dev Deepawali, Mahashivratri).

2. Cancellation Slabs

15 to 29 Days Before Travel	30% of total tour cost (deposit retention)
7 to 14 Days Before Travel	60% of total tour cost
Less than 7 Days or No-Show	100% of tour cost (non-refundable)

3. Peak Season & Heritage Hotel Exceptions

Special heritage properties (such as BrijRama Palace and Taj Nadesar Palace) enforce strict 100% non-refundable cancellation clauses during peak pilgrimage periods (Dev Deepawali, Kartik Purnima, Kumbh Mela). These specific terms will be highlighted explicitly in your written quotation before any deposit is paid.

4. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly advise all international guests traveling from the United States to purchase comprehensive international travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and lost luggage.
